Becca is passionate about bringing yogic practice and philosophy into modern lives. She believes anyone can benefit from the simplicity of yoga, and is here to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, breath, and spirit.
Becca teaches with an easeful and nurturing approach. Her class consists of breath work, yoga poses, stretching, and simple guided meditations. Students leave with a feeling of accomplishment, contentment, and support.
Becca completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Three Sisters Yoga, 20 hour Yoga Nidra teacher training with Mona Anand at ISHTA Yoga, and a mindfulness for children training with FLY Yoga Arts.
In addition to yoga, Becca loves cooking for friends, spending time in nature, and discussing the human experience. She is also a nanny and loves watching children learn and grow.
