About Me:
I'm a yoga teacher with almost a decade of experience, specializing in relaxation and transformation.
I teach in-home private yoga lessons on the North Shore of Chicago and online. I also teach publicly in Highland Park, IL at Yoga Six and the Rec Center.
My signature Swaddled Shavasana and Yoga Nidra help release tension and promote healing.
I’m currently pursuing a doctorate degree in occupational therapy.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to put you in a hypnogogic state somewhere between sleep and awake.
In this liminal space your brain waves slow down, and your autonomic nervous system shifts to the “rest and digest” mode.
It is said that just 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!
