Meet Your Guide:
Hi, I’m Becca
I’m a 500hr registered yoga instructor with over a decade of experience guiding people home to themselves through gentle, mindful movement and meditation. I specialize in creating safe, welcoming spaces for caregivers, healthcare professionals, and anyone navigating burnout, stress, or transition.
My teaching blends yoga philosophy, nervous system support, and a deep respect for each student’s individual path. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, practice every day, or returning to your mat after time away, you’ll be met with compassion, care, and a practice that meets you where you are.
I created this community because I know how much caregivers need a place to fill their cups. This membership is an extension of what I’ve seen transform lives in my classes: the power of showing up, slowing down, and remembering you don’t have to carry everything alone.

What if I’m not a caregiver or healthcare worker?
You are absolutely welcome! While this space was created with caregivers and healthcare professionals in mind, anyone seeking a supportive, nourishing yoga and meditation practice is invited to join.
I’m new to yoga. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly and trauma-aware, with lots of options offered so you can listen to your body and practice in a way that feels safe and supportive.
What time is the live class?
Live classes take place every Sunday at 9:00-9:45am cst. Note that class day and time may occasionally change, and you’ll always be notified in advance.
How long are the classes?
Each session is 45 minutes total — 30 minutes of gentle yoga flow followed by 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Enough to shift your energy without overwhelming your schedule. Workshops may be longer.
What if I can’t make the live classes?
No worries — every class is recorded and added to the on-demand library so you can practice anytime that works for you.
Do I need to be on camera?
Absolutely not! Come as you are, camera on or off — whatever feels most comfortable and grounding for you.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a yoga mat and whatever helps you feel comfortable — a blanket, pillow, or blocks are great but totally optional. You'll also need Zoom on your phone, computer, or tablet to join the live classes.
What if I don’t use Facebook?
The private Facebook group is optional. You’ll still receive all classes and updates via email, and you can enjoy the membership fully without joining the Facebook group.
When does my membership start?
Your membership begins immediately after you sign up, and you’ll receive an email with everything you need to access classes and replays.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Annual memberships remain active for the full year.
